Agreement to Terms & Scope of Service
By accessing, browsing, or using ImageConverter at imageconverter.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
ImageConverter delivers cloud and client-assisted image format conversion tools, image optimization pipelines, and associated premium capabilities across PNG, JPG, WEBP, BMP, and TIFF graphic formats.
User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and updated email information for subscription management, billing receipts, and account recovery.
Acceptable Use & Strict Prohibitions
To maintain platform security, stability, and integrity for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Payment Terms & Subscriptions
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay.
- 7-Day Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial sign-up under our Refund Policy.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days prior notice to active subscribers.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ImageConverter disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageConverter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination & 48-Hour Deletion Protocol
You may terminate your account at any time via your user dashboard. Upon deletion request, active subscriptions are cancelled immediately, and a 48-hour grace period begins. If not cancelled within 48 hours, all account records are permanently purged. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
